the raw commands in subseven 2.1 irc bot should be writen in private (query)
which starts which @raw (@ is the previx)

 ~ @raw privmsg <nickname> <text> [used as /msg .. U can also use @say <nickname> hi
* examples : @raw privmsg warman hi
 ~ @raw join <channel> [used to join a channel .. U also can use @join <channel> ]
 ~ @raw part <channel> [used to part from a channel .. U also can use @part <channel> ]
 ~ @raw away <away-message>
 ~ @raw invite <nickname> <channel>
 ~ @raw mode <channel> <command> <nickaname> [ "+b" to ban someone "-b" to unban someone 
"+o" "-o" op/deop someone "+h" "-h" halfop someone .. "channel mode" ( l , m , n , p ,s ,t , k)
 ~ @raw mode <botnick> <mode> (+x , -x , +i , -i , +w , -w , +s , -s)
 ~ @raw topic <channel> <topic>

that is enough about raw commands small info about it : it is the commands
use with "/" example : /away .. but the most of them only .. so the @raw
command remove the "/" to be @raw away ..
