PM.exe is safe to run this will allow you to create an exe to send to your victim.
Follow this instructions given. 
You will be asked for an Email Address and SMTP
The Email address is where you will receive the PWL passwords and ICQ99 passwords

SMTP is the mail server for example
mail.usa.net or mail.geocities.com - these are widely availible.

The Trojan.exe will be created and then you can send this to your victim.

TIMs (Trojan Installation Modules) are designed to make the trojan
invisible to the victim - each module makes a different EXE.
New modules will be made each week maybe with added features.
