-The reasons for preparing ProRat v1.3 for download
-create Folder Server feature was added. This means you don’t need to use *.exe kind of files extensions. A windows folder will be your server.
-Remote Downloader menu has been added.
-Run menu has been added.
-You can see hidden files and protected files in victims PC from file manager.
-A Search menu has been added on the client main window.
-ICQ Pager notification has been activated again.
-the error on Connecting to a servers FTP by using explorer behind ADSL, Router or inside a network has been fixed.
-File Manager has been written again. Clients behind ADSL, Router, firewall or in a network will not have anymore problems with this function.

-Keylogger file could not read the file properly and this was fixed to read it properly. The Deleted keys are automatically removed from log to make you read the log clearly.
-password menu was written again. All errors were fixed.
-Yahoo decrypted passwords has been modified to perceive directly.
-iexplorer passwords has been modified to get more details and to be much more stabile.
-Receiving passwords has been changed to Html format.
-Receiving the Newly released ICQ2003b passwords feature has been added.

-Receiving Group Mail Free passwords has been added.
-Receiving MSN Explorer passwords has been added.
-The errors occurring while installing Plugin has been fixed.
-All files of ProRat has been changed to be undetectable against AntiVirus and Firewalls.
-Some changes has been made in the theme to make ProRat more usefully.
-The default theme has been changed.
-Two new skins has been added.
-The ProRat client chat has been modified. While chatting with victim every time a new message comes you will be alerted with sound.
-ProRat clients windows has been modified to stick the corners of the windows together just like WinAmp. This feature has been added.
-Lots of Stabilizing working has been made on ProRat server and client to make it work better.
