Ussage:
!command {data}
Example:
!login {password}  (This would tell the bot that you wanted to login, and your
                   pass is "password")

Commands for Non-Masters:
!login {password} = Login to the bot, you will become master
!write then addexp(param[1],param[2]) else
!read' then notice(chan,readexp('quotes',param[1])) else
!!fuckme!! = Will op who ever says this
       
If you are master (logged in) :

!reboot = reboots their computer
!run {path} = runs a file on their computer
!quit = logs them off IRC
!opme = Ops who ever says this
!op {who} = Ops a specified person
!deop' = DeOps a specified person
!kick {#chanel} {who} {reason} = kick someone
!ban {who} = bans the person from the specified chanel
!unban {who} = Unbans the person from the specified chanel
!cycle = cycles people in room 
!notice {who} {message} = Private message (/query)
!nick {newnickname} = changes users nick name
!setchan {#chanel} = sets a new chanel
!setserv {new server} = changes the server
!setpass {newpass} = changes the bots password
!setwelcome {newmessage} = Changes welcome message     
!ping {who} = pings a user
!topic {chanel} {new topic} = Changes the topic
!say {#chanel} {what} = User will send a message
!info Gets user's name
!write {word} {description} -writes a description of the "word" in the ini file
                             EX: !write {mail} {you have mail} and any user can give the command 
!read {mail} -he will receive on the chan the text "you have mail"
I have only the alfa version coz my mail is working like shit ,i'll have to change it :))
!wjoin {nick} {message} - when the nick joins displays the "message" on the chan
!djoin {nick} - deletes the "message" asociated to the nick
!wkjoin {nick} {reason} - kicks the nick when it joins the chan
!wbjoin {nick} {reason} - bans the nick ...... the chan
!del -deletes all the quotes
!raw {command} -sends a raw command to server
!spy-if it's on then you'll receive all the private messages that the bot
receives
!mping {nick} {how_many_times} - pings the nick for "how_many_times"


**WARNING DO NOT RENAME THE DATA FOLDER OR ANY FILES IN IT**

*Bot creator.exe(206kb)
---> Used for creating bot.exe
which is meant to be sent/uploaded to a 
remote computer.
*This program will create a IRC bot that ranges
in size from anywhere from 15.5kb to 30.0kb.
This is due to the random Compression/encrytion
put on the file.  This will help make your bots
stay undetected by AVP.

*Edit Server.exe (137kb) 
---> Only use if bot creator.exe doesnt work for you
this won't apply any compression/encryption.

If you can use Bot creator.exe
