Type "j'ai compris" (without the quotation marks) in the edit box.
Click on "j'ai lu et j'accepte" (disclaimer acceptance in French).
 
To connect to the server :
Click on "Se connecter".
A password is needed for identification purpose ("Commande"/Send) .
