Releaseinfo for v0.3

Added:
	- Function for chaning the Ip-address or Hostname the Host connects to.
	- Hostviewer: View the connected hosts and select one to connect to!
Changes:
	- Removed the ordinary connectionmethod. Lets multiple hosts connect to you.
	- Faster ServerRestart.
	- Some smaller esthetic changes.
Fixes:	
	- Like nothing. One textrelated thing.

Comments:
	- "v0.3 and up is NOT compatible with versions below v0.3!!"
	- "This shit is more complicated than people think!"
	- "Had to change a large portion of the skeleton. But I managed it! :)
