Insecure Executable Downloader is a plain and small downloader, 
you can choose to show a error message upon start, and also kill
firewall/antivirus before downloading the file.

1.0 Features:

*Encrypted settings in the server file.

If the Edit Server gives you error about actskn43.ocx put the 
file i've included (actskn43.ocx in e.g C:\[YOUR WINDOWS DIRECTORY]\system32 and it should work)
