1)Fixed ICQ notify problem.

1)Fixed the " " bug!!

2)Added 'Pick custom icon' in the menu.
  Right-click the icon list and pick your own icon to use in the server.
  Be sure not to click an icon in the icon  list after you pick your custom icon.
