open command prompt and 
telnet to victim ip with 
user :administrator

open cmd
write in cmd "telnet victimIp"
then it will ask 4 user 
hen give password
after successfull login you will get victim's command prompt
whatever command you will write will be executed on victim's computer

after login u can run any win commmand
